9/14/2019 The best wine tasting experience ever! Nilu is highly professional, timely, attentive, extremely personable and caring. She delivered everything we were looking for and more. On out trip to the Sonoma valley we wanted private and boutique vineyards producing exceptional reds and we were blown away by what Nilu introduced us to. My friend and I were pleasantly surprised by how knowledgeable, experienced and well connected she is in the wine community here. When we first met Nilu we began with hand shakes and when we were dropped off it was nothing but hugs as if we'd been friends for years. Such a beautiful experience.

Get Inspired
We had a great time with Nilu on Friday in the Wine Tasting 101 class. We did the class on Zoom. She went over some wine etiquette as well as some details of the wine making process. We did so while drinking wine and discussing the differences in the varietals. Before the class she communicated with me by e-mail and on the phone to discuss specifics that we wanted to learn about in class and made wine suggestions for us to buy for the night. I think the class would be great in person too, but the Zoom option does allow you to invite friends that do not live in the same area. Sales Manager . They are the best in town! They are so professional , knowledgable and the best
part - It is truly an elevated experience and they know how to give you the best time ❤ .It was

Attended my very first mixology class taught by Nilu. It was a small and intimate group of girls.
Vodka was the staring role. We all had our cocktail making tools provided by California
Tastings. We made Cosmopolitans, Lemon Drops and Espresso Chocolate Martini. Nilu was
very knowledgeable and made the whole experience fun. I can't wait to book California
Tastings again

Nilu was fabulous! I attended a cocktail mixology class with a group of girlfriends. She gave an
amazing presentation that was interactive and informative. I think it was one of the best
experiences I've had in Napa Valley. She brought all of the tools needed to make the perfect
cocktails. I'm a cocktail girl but I have to say her recipes and blends made my favorite drinks
even better! I learned a lot and had the best time. She's so personable and we all laughed the
entire afternoon away. I would highly recommend California Tastings!

Nilu, did such a great job helping me plan the most amazing Bachelorette trip with my ladies.
Coming from the east coast, I had no clue where to begin, thank goodness for Nilu. She arranged all
the transportation for our group of 10, checked out the airbnb we picked before booking, made some
great suggestions for wineries to visit as well as made us reservations as some great spots
downtown Napa. I would suggest her service to anyone planning a trip to wine country and hope to
use her again in the future.
